I met Steve when he represented the buyer when I was selling my house (by owner) on Great Moose Lake. Steve was a standup guy, made sure he held me accountable for everything in the P&S, checked on me regularly (since I was doing the work myself) and made sure his buyer was getting everything he was entitled to. While he busted my chops over the course of a few weeks, I was so impressed with his work ethic that I hired him as my buyers agent on two subsequent real estate purchases. Can't recommend him high enough.
